§1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ea77 ("ea77", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at ea77.casa and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, lottery, and any promotional activities offered thereon.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a bet on ea77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. ea77 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

§2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on ea77.casa.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ea77 that are distinct from real-money Balance and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required of all Players prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the ea77.casa website, mobile-optimised interface, and all services provided thereon.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet in qualifying games before it converts to withdrawable funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region where access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law.
• "Session" means a continuous period of activity on the Platform from login to logout.

§3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ea77, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — players aged between 18 and 20 are not eligible regardless of local law, as ea77 applies the higher international standard for casino activities.
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register Accounts).
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of ea77 or any associated entity.
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on ea77 or any affiliated platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ea77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

§4 Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may hold only one Account ea77. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, household, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, Players must provide accurate and complete personal information, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.

Before processing any withdrawal, ea77 will require completion of KYC verification. Required documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• A recent selfie photograph for liveness verification.
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch'n Go eWallet account, Boost app, Maybank or CIMB bank statement showing your name and account number).
• Proof of residential address if requested (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months).

ea77 aims to complete KYC verification within 2 business days of receiving all required documents. Players are encouraged to complete verification promptly to avoid delays in withdrawal processing.

§5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ea77 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong accounts, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method and player verification status.

Deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ea77 does not charge fees on MYR deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified method on file. ea77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The maximum withdrawal processing time is 24 hours once KYC is complete; most withdrawals via DuitNow and local e-wallets are completed within 15–30 minutes.

ea77 reserves the right to delay or withold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.

§6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ea77 may from time to time offer Players bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer and supersede the general provisions in this section where they conflict.

Unless the specific Promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• A Wagering Requirement of between20x and 30x the bonus amount applies before Bonus Funds and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only wagers placed on qualifying games count toward the Wagering Requirement. Games with an RTP above a specified threshold, and certain table games and live casino titles, may contribute at reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated individual Promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• If a Player withdraws their real-money Balance before meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement, all remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• ea77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players. ea77 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any Player from a Promotion where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated bonus-harvesting activity.

§7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on ea77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section.

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication interruption during a game or betting event, ea77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winings paid as a result of a manifest error (including incorrect odds posted due to a system or human error) may be voided at ea77's discretion.

For sports betting, including markets covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events, the applicable rules for each market (including settlement procedures and void conditions) are displayed in the sportsbook rules section.

ea77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market or game at its sole discretion, including individual Player limits where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity inconsistent with recreational play.

§8 Player Conduct

Players agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or to automate betting patterns.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games without promptly reporting them to ea77 support.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform, including using the cashier to cycle funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Impersonating another Player or using another person's Account credentials.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ea77 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

§9 Fraud & Prohibited Activity

ea77 employs advanced fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) systems. Any Player suspected of fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or structuring deposits to evade detection — will have their Account suspended immediately pending investigation.

Where fraud is confirmed, ea77 reserves the right to close Account, forfeit all funds, void all transactions, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. ea77 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of financial crime.

§10 Account Suspension & Closure

ea77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• A Player initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with ea77 support.
• A Player being identified as subject to a self-exclusion order on a partner network.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ea77 customer support. Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after applicable checks.

§11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ea77's total liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ea77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of winings, loss of data, loss of profit, or reputational damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if ea77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ea77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses caused by technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory actions, or telecommunications outages.

§12 Privacy & Data Protection

ea77 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ea77.casa/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

ea77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operations (including payment processors and KYC verification services), and with law enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally required.

§13 Responsible Gambling

ea77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide Players with tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via your Account settings or by contacting customer support.

§14 Amendments to These Terms

ea77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ea77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on file or by posting a notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

§15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ea77 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ea77's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

ea77 operates an internal complaints procedure. Players with a complaint are requested to first contact customer support via live chat or email. ea77 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
